The DELL PowerProtect DP4400 is an Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA). It is a complete data protection solution based on the proven Data Domain platform. It includes all the software and tools you need for backup and recovery, replication to the StorTrust cloud, and archiving to an S3 cloud.
The DP4400 is all the basis for Dell’s Cyber Recovery solution which provides the ultimate in protection against ransomware and other cyber attacks. You can start with the DP4400 for your local data protection and add StorTrust cloud disaster recovery and Cyber Recovery when you are ready.
Dell PowerProtect DD3300
The Dell PowerProtect DD3300 is an affordable appliance that includes the market-leading Data Domain technology. It can be used with a wide range of backup software tools, including: Veeam, CommVault, and NetBackup. If you have two or more DD3300s you can replicate between them for additional data protection.
The DD3300, when paired with Veeam or Avamar, can be replicated to our StorTrust Disaster Recovery Service. This provides protection against a wide range of disasters including: weather events, fire, flooding and power issues.
